A. Trading Process

Check the Inquiry → Make the Quotation → Confirm the Samples and the Payment term → Design and Build the Mould → Build and Check the Samples → Deliver the Samples by air → Customer Confirm the Samples → Start Batch Production(Checking and Packing) → Delivery the Consignment by Sea → Payment(Marks: There may be some differences according to the terms of payment)

B. Production Process

Precision Casting Process:
Design and build the mould → Make the Wax Parts → Build the Mould Shell → Melt and Injection → Sand Blasting and Polishing → Checking → Surface Treatment → Clean the Parts → Machining → General Checking → Packing and Anti-rust Protect → Delivery

Sand Casting Process:
Design and build the mould → Molding the Sand→ Melt and Injection → Sand Blasting and Polishing → Surface Treatment → Clean the Parts → Machining → General Checking → Packing and Anti-rust Protect → Delivery

C. Quality Control Process

Confirm Customer’s Drawing → Unify Different Technical Standards → Work Out the Checking Standard to each item(Appearance, Material, Dimension, Surface Quality and Packing) → Fill the Production Process Control Card(Dimension and the Material)→ Production Process Checking → General Checking → Quality Dep. Manager Check and sign → Delivery
